The director, Antonio Tocornal (Toni), PADI instructor, has more than 20 years experience in the diving world. In 1996 he restored together with his wife and partner, Martine, an antique fisherman's house in the heart of Cala Bona, right in the harbour. He converted the house into a place most suited for a diving centre. 300 m2 with all the necessities to fulfil any diver's needs: classroom with audio-visual equipment, equipment-room where you can safely leave your own equipment, repair-shop, filling-station with two Bauer compressors to provide the best air quality, enriched air filling-station, diving-shop, area for washing and drying the equipment, and all of this just 15 metres away from the boat.

The ALBATROS DIVING team are professional and highly-qualified people and they are always there to serve and to help you with anything you may require. They are regularly trained in life-saving techniques, first aid and diving problem management. You can surely trust them in handling groups of divers, taking care of the boat and diving safety devices. Of course you are spoken to in your own language.

One of our main objects is safety and therefore we have worked out an emergency evacuation plan with Medisub, a medical company that offers the best specialists in diving medicine and with THE ONLY DECOMPRESSION CHAMBER ACTUALLY OPERATING on the island.
