- An excellent property for utter peace and tranquility. This property is part of a beautiful old traditional Manor House which is surrounded by open countryside and 125 hectares of its own land, yet only about 10 kilometres from the beaches on the south coast. Wonderful for walkers.
- Cleaned before arrival and once weekly on Saturdays. Linen and towels provided, but please bring beach and pool towels. Spare set of linen and towels will be left for clients it use if required. Extra maid service may be possible on request. Central heating during the winter months will be charged locally.
- This is a very picturesque area with wonderful unspoilt countryside, yet only about 10 kilometres from the beaches on the south coast at Sa Rapita and Cala Pi and 3 kms from Llucmajor with its shops, restaurants and bars. There are numerous other villages nearby that are worth visiting and this is an excellent location for exploring the island of Mallorca. Approximately 22 kms from Palma and 18 kms from the International airport.
- Nearby activities include: Golf at Son Antem, about 5 kms, walking, hiking. Some of the best beaches on the island at Colonia St. Jordi and Sa Rapita. Watersports such as sailing at the various beaches, harbours and resorts along the coast and the nearest is about 10 kms. Scuba diving from Colonia St Jordi and around the island of Cabrera.
