- Honor Vell is a beautifully restored old estate house built of stone situated in the Western part of Mallorca, between the small towns of Bunyola and Orient, and on the edge of the wonderful range of moutains that run along the north-west coast of the island, the Sierra de Tramuntana.
- The original construction is some 700 years old with stone walls of almost 1 metre thick. The owners have managed to keep many of the traditional features of the original building - arched and vaulted ceilings, the oil press, rooms for storage of the oil and other features of the house.
Whilst keeping faithfully to the original architecture, all necessary modern services have been added to ensure the comfort of guests. There is a large swimming pool.
The house is arranged over two floors and on the ground floor is to be found all the communal rooms. There is a large vaulted dining room, an original and very large open fireplace, a spacious hall, the old olive press with all its working parts intact and a vaulted kitchen. On the first floor there are seven delightful double rooms each with ensuite bathroom.
There is also a spacious common room which leads to the exterior of the house, gardens and the swimming pool. All the rooms have windows or balconies with lovely views to the mountains and open coutryside.
