Calviá nestles in a tranquil valley at the foot of one of the most distinctive and familiar mountains on the island of Mallorca – El Galatzó. The name of Calviá has been well known for many years as a tourist centre, and for the considerable strech of coastline including all the superb and popular beaches which form part of its municipality.
The same can be said of the public areas as well, with the semicircular sitting room and the pretty dining room in what was once the old kitchen of the house, decorated with exquisite tiles and a huge canopied hearth around which a cosy group can gather to chat.

MOFARES also has a beautifully landscaped swimming pool with luxurious changing rooms and solarium, and is surrounded by gardens and terraces to provide a choice and variety of places to relax.
Other attractions are provided by the opportunity to discover fascinating features of the estate, such as the perfectly restored Tafona, or olive press where the oil was extracted and stored, the old family bakery with the original bread ovens, and the old stables where a range of antique agricultural tools implements and machinery are displayed.
