Banyalbufar - Mallorca

Felanitx - Mallorca
Situated to the south-east of Mallorca, Àn Negra winery produces its wines on the old country estate of Son Burguera close to the town of Felanitx. The buildings date back to the 13th century and have always incorporated an area for wine making in order to supply wine to local people living on or near the estate.
Algaida - Mallorca
The land is 150h. Large, a third part is a wood of pines and oaks and the other is dedicated to different kind of cultivates, specially the vineyards, from where they elaborate 30.000 bottles of house wine.
Biniali - Mallorca
In the cellar of Biniali, use the latest technology for the production of "Obac", the "echo" (Ecologics) of Binigrau (Negre and Rosat), Chardonnay and Nat Nou, but maintain a variety of traditional crafts in dealing with the grape. The vineyards and production are governed by the environmental management system and ecological practice that seeks to improve grape quality while respecting the natural rhythm of the plant and the balance of the environment.
Binisalem - Mallorca
The Biniagual winery and farm are family enterprises. In 1999, the family rediscovered area’s winemaking tradition and planted new vineyards. They have produced their own wine since 2002. They do not use any fertilizers, either in the vineyards or in the winery, as their aim is to produce a wine to satisfy the most demanding palates.

The Fullana family has a longstanding tradition in wine production at the Es Verger Wine Estate in Mallorca. Sixty years ago, Miquel's grandfather used to produce wines using the native Mantonegro grapes which grow on the family estate in Santa Maria. Nowadays the family still uses their grandfather's vineyards as well as the vineyards they now own in Esporles at the Es Verger finca where they grow Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grape varieties.

Sta. Margalida - Mallorca
The lands Red del Cavallers at Santa Margarita, which are now owned by the family and Ribot Galmés and on which the winery is Galmés i Ribot, have experienced throughout its history been a few changes. In the middle of the twentieth century, the last wineries were closed in Santa Margarita, although this area has always had a really great wine-growing tradition.
Jaume Bennassar Valcaneras Cellar
Biniali - Mallorca
In 1996, Jaume Bennàssar acquired the Can Desveri estate and planted six hectares of Sirà, Manto Negro, Merlot, Callet and Cabernet Sauvignon vines, a total of 20,000 stocks in twenty-four linear kilometres. The first wine coincided with the celebrations for the birth of his granddaughter Catarina, on 8 August 1998, which he took as an auspicious sign.
Sta. Maria - Mallorca
Jaume de Puntiró, vinyes i vins was founded in 1980 by Jaume Calafat i Nadal. Nowadays we - his sons Pere and Bernat Calafat i Vich- run the wine cellar and elaborate high-quality, handicraft wines with the grapes harvested in ecological vineyards.
Manacor
The winery Vins Miquel Gelabert is inscribed with the number 3 on the Pla i Llevant de Mallorca. It is a small family winery and produces only 30,000 to 35,000 gallons per year depending on the crop.

Mao - Menorca
At the Compañía Vitivinícola de Menorca we are exclusively dedicated to making dry white wine with our own grapes, which survive the tough combination of shale soil, lack of artificial watering and Tramontana winds. And, on top of all that, we have a sustainable estate model within the S'Albufera d'Es Grau Natural Park, which has already won several awards because of its importance for the diversification and future of the Menorcan countryside.

Bodegas Son Puig is a family company which produces top quality wines in Puigpunyent, Mallorca. The wine production is limited and made from grapes coming exclusively from the state's own vineyard.
